Manufactured from high-strength polyester or polypropylene fibers, it adopts a warp-plyed oriented structure where warp and weft yarns remain straight without bending. The intersections are reinforced with high-strength fiber filaments, forming robust bonding points that maximize the mechanical properties of the product.

The warp-knitted polyester grating exhibits high tensile strength, low elongation, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, strong adhesion to the substrate, lightweight properties, and drainage capabilities.
