Product Introduction

PProduct Presentation :

A geocell is a mesh-like structure formed by high-strength HDPE material through robust welding. It is highly flexible and can be folded during transportation, then unfolded and filled with soil, stone, or concrete materials upon use, forming a structural body with strong lateral restraint and high stiffness. It can be used as a cushion layer to enhance the bearing capacity of weak foundations, laid on slopes to form slope protection structures, or employed in constructing retaining structures.

Product FFeatures:

1. Highly flexible in extension and retraction, the structure can be folded for transportation and tensioned into a mesh pattern during construction. Loose materials such as soil, gravel, and concrete can be filled into it, forming a structural entity with strong lateral restraint and high stiffness.

2. Lightweight and wear-resistant material with stable chemical properties, resistance to photo-oxygen aging and acid/alkali resistance, suitable for various soil conditions including desert environments.

3. Enhanced lateral restraint and anti-skid performance, deformation resistance, and effective reinforcement of subgrade load-bearing capacity with load dispersion capabilities.

4. Adjusting geometric dimensions such as geocell height and welding spacing can accommodate diverse engineering requirements.

5. Flexible expansion and contraction, compact transportation volume, easy connection, and rapid construction speed.

PProduct Use :

1. Used for stabilizing railway subgrade.

2. Used for stabilizing soft subgrade treatment of highways.

3. Dikes and retaining walls used for bearing load-bearing forces.

4. For shallow water channel management.

5. Used for supporting pipelines and sewers.

6. Hybrid retaining wall designed to prevent landslides and withstand heavy loads.

7. For use in independent walls, piers, flood embankments, etc.

8. When encountering soft subgrade on expressways, the use of geocells can significantly reduce construction labor intensity, decrease subgrade thickness, accelerate construction speed, improve performance, and substantially lower project costs.
