The material is further treated with high-quality modified asphalt coating.Based on the principle of similarity and compatibility, this material emphasizes its composite performance with asphalt mixtures while providing comprehensive protection for the glass fiber substrate. It significantly enhances the substrate's wear resistance and shear strength, enabling its application in pavement reinforcement to resist road defects such as cracks and rutting. This breakthrough resolves the long-standing challenge of inadequate reinforcement in asphalt pavements.

The product features high strength, low elongation, heat resistance, high modulus, lightweight construction, excellent toughness, corrosion resistance, and extended service life. It finds extensive applications in engineering fields including the repair of aging cement pavements and airport runways, as well as dam construction, riverbank protection, slope stabilization, and pavement reinforcement for roads and bridges. This material effectively enhances pavement strength and structural integrity by preventing rutting-induced fatigue cracks, thermal expansion/contraction cracks, and reflective cracks beneath the surface. It also disperses load-bearing stresses to prolong pavement durability. With superior tensile strength and minimal elongation, the material exhibits zero long-term creep, outstanding physical/chemical stability, excellent thermal resistance, fatigue crack resistance, high-temperature rut tolerance, low-temperature shrinkage resistance, and delayed formation of reflective cracks.

Product use :

1. Reinforced asphalt surface layer for old asphalt concrete pavement to prevent and treat pavement diseases;
2. Renovate cement concrete pavements into composite pavements to suppress reflective cracks caused by slab shrinkage;
3. Road expansion and reconstruction project, to prevent cracks caused by the combination of new and old sections and uneven settlement;
